Please vote on the poll above to indicate if you're attending as we need a headcount for food. Remember the club picnic is open to the member and direct family members. Since we have a meal being cooked on site, we are asking for a $10 contribution per person for this years meal that includes a large/thick pork steak with sides. IF you want to bring a dessert that would be great. The club is offsetting the add'l meal cost directly with the chef/caterer. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know.

Also, traditionally, we've always had raffles for things that members have donated and/or the club has bought. I'm leaning to not continuing the raffles or 50/50 for attendance and rather spend the time with you the members. A short presentation will be done to recap the year so far and what is upcoming. Please give me your thoughts on this.

Mike, please expand on what else will be served.

"Joe's Grill" will be smoking dry rub pork steaks that are so tender you won't need a fork! He'll also include some chicken leg quarters and hot dogs as other options. For sides, he'll have homemade potato salad, BBQ beans and red beans & rice (a signature of his). We'll have a lettuce salad...whether from Pasta House or from Joe. Desserts are the food we'll be lacking for this picnic. No other sides are needed.

As Tim mentioned, we're considering passing on doing a raffle at this year's picnic? We welcome and encourage members feedback on this? Do you still have fun with it? The revenue has helped offset the cost of the picnic but would members rather just pay per person and pass on the raffle? Or any other thoughts or ideas?? :)

I'm fine with no raffle, less work for everyone & more time to relax & socialize. I'd also be fine with paying per person to offset the costs. I'll bring a dessert, of course!

Tim, unfortunately we will miss your birthday, but this camping trip has been in the works for many months.

On the poll ( not sure how to do it) Reusch is coming (2)… add him in

Done
