Yes that one too. If you look at the pictures, you can see there are two different trees that came down. One was out by the one car garage out building, the other was next to the shop. Different people worked each tree.
Ok, so here's the story-----
The Ash tree next to the out building was damaging the building, it's roots were lifting the foundation. I hired a company back in June to come top it down to the ground. It was too close to the building, and there where power lines as well, so I wasn't going to do it myself. The Hackberry, next to the shop had a huge limb break out last week. At first the idea was to just leave it, that tree has been there my whole life, it is older than me. I'm friends with the yard maintenance manager of the greenhouse, his parents used to own the property, known him over 30 yrs. After inspecting it closer, realized to whole heart of the tree was hollowed out, just a matter of time before a storm took the whole thing down, likely onto my shop. For what ever reason, the greenhouse owner said they'd pay to remove it, I just share the cost of having the stump ground out. A deal I could not refuse.
I still have to clean up the Ash tree, the Hackberry is done.
