Oh sure thing. Both were cut down, not blown down by a storm. Kind of a story. One was planned several weeks ago, the other just found out last week how rotten it was inside.
Anyone want some free fire wood?

I have a small trailer you could use, but I'm camping so I can't help. It's the trailer I had at Paul's, I can drop it off early. It has an 1 7/8 ball coupler.

Thanks guys, unfortunately, not this week.. Kellie is here till sometime Saturday, then she's going back to Chicago to start preparing to move to New York.
Got home from work today, and the guys that cut down the tree right next to my house hauled of most the the tree. I asked them to leave a big pile for me, but it was only the small amount right by the driveway that they left. Less work for me.

Yes that one too. If you look at the pictures, you can see there are two different trees that came down. One was out by the one car garage out building, the other was next to the shop. Different people worked each tree.
Ok, so here's the story-----
The Ash tree next to the out building was damaging the building, it's roots were lifting the foundation. I hired a company back in June to come top it down to the ground. It was too close to the building, and there where power lines as well, so I wasn't going to do it myself. The Hackberry, next to the shop had a huge limb break out last week. At first the idea was to just leave it, that tree has been there my whole life, it is older than me. I'm friends with the yard maintenance manager of the greenhouse, his parents used to own the property, known him over 30 yrs. After inspecting it closer, realized to whole heart of the tree was hollowed out, just a matter of time before a storm took the whole thing down, likely onto my shop. For what ever reason, the greenhouse owner said they'd pay to remove it, I just share the cost of having the stump ground out. A deal I could not refuse.
I still have to clean up the Ash tree, the Hackberry is done.

Ok, this weekend, 7-21-18, anyone able to help for about an hour, maybe two to throw up some brush? First thing in the morning, 9? It'll be cooler then. Should be finished in time, if you plan to go to Murrill's.

Should be able to...and not planning to go to Murrill's as we are going to a concert that night.

I'll be at Road America, but I'll be family free the week after I get back of you need some more help..

New thread for some 'seniors' :D :p

Date has not been determined yet,...so stay tuned.
