Was at Fastlane today and saw they are trying to fill an old truck with Toys for the Toys for Tots campaign. Think we could donate? Let me know if you're interested and I'll set up the "Sleigh" to come by your house and pick up the toys. Let me know by voting on the poll above....ONE option given. :p :D

Yep TURNER’s are “IN”....we can drop off or have a pick up...nice weather anytime soon...we could make a run down there and make the drop...??? What is the date....you want to pull this off.....

We'll donate. Agree one large load from GCC would be a nice way to show our club's support. Let me know if you need help?

Let's get things together and shoot for a delivery no later than 12/15. Any one else IN?!
 
Santa - some questions and an idea

1) The poll closes on the 11th yet you say the 15th in the thread. What is the actual day that David needs them?

2) What if we were to do a "Santa Cruise" on the 9th. We could pickup toys from those who can't attend and then all meet up at Fastlane to give them to David. Might be a nice sign of support in two different ways (supporting his charity and also showing up en masse) Also a chance for a year end get-together. Saturday Dec 9th is still showing 43 and Sunny.

Maybe a Snake N' Eggs N' Toys cruise?

It’s a no for me...out of town till 12/11...so I would miss it...leaving 12/6.....for Mexico / Playa Del Carmen...darn it...! Ian Turner....
 
Sounds like a great idea. Don't know if I will be in town on the 9th, but we would love to donate a toy.
 
Ok, so, if you have a toy to donate, please let me know. I will arrange with the Officer's or myself to get it picked up from you. We must have the toys delivered to Fastlane by 12/11. They have Santa there on 12/9 and I would like to make the club delivery then, hopefully with as many cars as are available.

THERE IS A POLL AT THE TOP, SO IF YOU PLAN TO PARTICIPATE, PLEASE VOTE. That way we know who to pick the toy's up from. Right now, the following people have responded

GCC's FastLane Toys for Tots "drive" has been added to our club calendar for Saturday 12/09. Pictures with Santa runs noon-4pm so may be a Snake'n Eggs brunch? Stay tuned as plans are firmed up! Great opportunity for us to show FastLane our appreciation for working with us on their banquet room!!

Yep understood...all set and will bring on Sunday - Barbie picked up / Razor Scooter and Regulation Soccer Ball....asked once...Sunday weather is good...everyone driving cars? Are we to meet prior and roll in together in force? So drop a reply.... thanks....
 
Any parameters for toys? I see "new and unwrapped" but nothing else. Went to the Toys For Tots site but no mention there, just monetary collections
