Tim and Steve's Track car discussion

Kind'a makes that pretty red 2003 Viper at Fast Lane look like a value? ;) Less than 5 weeks to the Farmington Cruise! :)

Southern Cruise?

Hey Steve...only 4 more shopping days 'til Southern Cruise!! ;)

Working registration yesterday someone came up that had just bought a car at Fastlane so they could participate in the Hot Rod tour. Just saying....:D

Something doesn't seem right???? That price is way less than the parts cost?

OK, Steve, here you go, even have the phone # :D

The Noble is a phenomenal track car. Used they run around $55,000. For a cruising car I need a convertible and I want my track car to be a dedicated track car.

And as the year speeds by, I doubt if I'll get any track time other than driving some Chump races.

Steve, believe it or not, the badge on the car said Jaguar. Didn't see the owner to ask

Its on one of the pictures.
OOOOPs thought it was on the tag in the window. Damn I don't have it

Ok Steve, here you go - Koenigsegg - One to One power.....and at $3,000,000 and a top speed of 270 Mph...daily driver and track car :p :D

Steve, did you end up going to the London Cobra show? Was your old mistress there? I guess you didn't do any shopping while you were there? Mike P.

Mike:

Given the weather forecast Kate did not make it down. And boy the weather was crappy. Windy, cold and damp. Other than the camaraderie you didn't miss anything by not going. Even the big Saturday night event was a dud - IMHO.

While not directly shopping I did talk to a friend the has a Superlite Coupe (that might be up for sale), saw an ad for a 2002 Panoz Esperante (as a cruiser) and found out about a line of cars I've never heard of http://www.lucracars.com/.

So many choices.

Steve
