Be very careful....!
I seem to recall a big block unsuccessfully keeping all four tires on the pavement while trying to keep up with a little 4 cyl automatic sewing machine on Hwy 49....
I also remember building an 81 cu. in 4 cyl sewing machine that red lined at 11,400 RPM...and made 386 HP on gasoline...25 years ago...
Be very careful looking down your nose at small blocks.
Currently the quickest street driven Cobra in St. Louis... having run 10.60's....is a small block.
