I know I have posted about taking this trip in other posts, but thought I would start one here.

First my plans have been changed for me, and I will only be able to make a morning trip, as we have plans that evening. And living way over here in God's country, it takes me a little longer to get home from Washington, than most of you.

Leaving anytime in the morning will work for me. Lets start a sign up on this thread if you are interested in going, and we can come up with a central meeting point to drive down there.

I really need to get down there, as I want to drop off my side vents, as Jet Hot thought they would melt. I have the Finish Line vents, and want them to match the stripes.

Craig,

We're still interested and morning would be fine. How were the ruts on Murrill's road when you were last there? I can probably live with the rocks but not deep ruts. I thought about you yesterday afternonon when I passed the Pocahontas exit on my way to see a customer in Greenville but figured you were at work anyway and your garage was probably locked :D.

Tom

Tom,

It did have some ruts, mainly at the corners, but nothing too bad (for a typical car). I'm one exit back, at the Pierron Exit, right after you cross Highland Lake. Yep, garage is locked up tight.

Trip?

If there's room, I'd like to participate in the trip. I am nearing a decision point on finishing

Paul

Oddball, I need suggestions on where to meet up with these guys. I'll be heading over from Highland, IL (the right side of the ditch).

Open to suggestions.

I'll be comming through 64-40 downtown, Is it close to that?

TommyK's is near intersection of

Manchester Rd. & Clarkson. @ least I think it's Clarkson. If you get off 40 @ Clarkson, go right past
Chesterfield Mall & keep following Clarkson until You se Tommy's house Ur there. :)

Don't go that way...

...unless you take 44 around the city. I'm sure you know this but 40/64 is closed west of the innerbelt I-170

Tommy lives over by me and Paul in Ballwin, somewhere off Manchester Road and Kiefer Creek Road.

Best bet is 44 to 141, go north to Manchester (or Big Bend)...

Tommy or Paul can get you directions from there.

Craig,

You've been to my house, how quickly they forget :D. It may be easier to meet in the K-Mart lot at the northwest corner of Manchester & Clarkson. The end away from the front of the store is always empty. We can take T to 100 from there and go north on 100 to the Murrill turn off past Washington. Take 44 to 141 north to west on Manchester, turn into the K-Mart lot just past the Shell station when you cross Clarkson. 9:00?

Tom

9:00 would work well for me (meeting up, or a little before). If its daylight, I'm awake. But I do live quite a ways away from Murrill's.

I'll call Murrill to make sure the time works with him.

Update

browsing the thread, it looks like those attending this outing are Tom K, David V, Craig R and Paul P. Wibby will meet everyone at Murrill's.

Is this correct? Meeting at K-Mart parking lot at Manchester and Clarkson at 9AM on Sat, Sep. 13th

Wanted to make sure I was part of the group and that I understand all the details.

???

Paul

Gentleman, if you would like to see one of Murrill's recent creations you are welcome to stop by. I live on the way to Murrill's off Hwy T in St. Albans. Let me know. If you stop by on the return trip I'll ice up some beer.
