The Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Show (MCACN) is the most prestigious muscle car show in the world. Think Pebble Beach and Amelia Island for muscle cars. This year it will be held November 19 & 20, and they will be featuring Shelby autos. Last year they featured Hemi 'Cuda convertibles, and 27 of the 42 made were at the show. You can expect to see some amazing cars! Mark your calendars.

Just saw this on Legendary Motorcars about the Cuda convertibles. Looks like a neat show.
 
Since this show is coming up in a few weeks I thought I would resurrect this thread. I'm sure we'll discuss it at the next meeting, but let's, also, use this space to discuss plans.
Please respond here if you are interested in attending, and give your travel preferences, ie. carpool up Saturday, stay at the same hotel, show on Sunday; drive individually based on personal schedule, show on Saturday, etc. Since there are so many choices I won't make a poll. Just give us your preferences. Gene

We'll be getting back from Disney 11/14, so I'm sure I'll be buried at work until Friday. If the plans are to leave Friday, I could late Friday, show on Saturday, and home on Sunday. Also up for traveling up on Saturday early. I'll carpool with anyone. Same hotel is fine, and any of them is fine by me. I'm open to a roomie as well. You lead, I'll follow :D
 
I would really love to go but can't. Nancy's German dance group is having their 40th Anniversary Celebration on 11/19 and she has lots of people coming in town for it. :( :(
 
Sounds like SHE has a lot of work to do, some get out of her way and come with us! :D
