M.A.C.C. Autocross

Friday 5/11- Leave in the afternoon...say NLT than 3pm
- Arrive at Drury Inn in Blue Springs at 6:00pm
- I've spoken to Wayne, and we have a Crawfish/Shrimp boil planned complete with potatoes for Friday Nights Dinner. Which is why we need to arrive at hotel NLT 6pm.
- Have dinner with members of MACC/GCC and talk some trash!!!

This was the plan I was going by, I think Tim communicated it in the email.
 
Is everybody paid (deadline is Wednesday 5/1) and lodging accomdations made?

Is this still the list of participants going?

I'm paid. Dan is riding over with me and sharing a room. We plan to leave Lake Saint Louis around 1:30pm next Friday?
 
Still haven't mailed mine in yet. I'll talk to Wayne today, but yes, same as last year, get together Friday night. I'll get the time, but, if we get there by 6, should be fine. Keith, if your extra bed is still available, I'll share the room....no promises on the snoring though.
 
Got a coupon code of "summer" from Drury. 20% off. Not sure if it will work for anyone or not as it was emailed to me directly but room was reduced to $111. Tim , bed is available, snoring is allowed!
 
Talked to Wayne today and we are on for the gathering at Fran & Al Rutherford's house Friday around 6:30. Wayne will get me an address, but, plan on being at the hotel no later than 6pm to give us time to travel to their house. We'll need to disconnect a vehicle or two. I'll volunteer mine, but, will probably need one other. I'm leaving the house around 2pm Friday. See y'all there or on the road!
