Ann's out of town this weekend, shopping with my daughter in Chicago  (dropping her off at the train station Thursday :D)
and I'm PLANNING to have my car in driving condition Friday.
Last I looked Saturday was supposed to be 70* and 0% chance of rain!

Anyone interested in cruising or driving somewhere Saturday?
I was thinking about checking out:
4/11 & 12: SCCA Solo (Autocross) - Evolution Performance Driving School, Family Arena

Anyone interested or suggestions for something to do? (Cobra related, I'm sure a lot of people would like to tell me "where to go!")

I'm interested, will look and see what we can do. If you need help this week getting car back together, let me know.

I would love to have some company at the EVO school. I am signed up as a student and will be there (Family Arena) Saturday from 0700 until around 4:30 pm. Not sure when I will be driving VS chasing cones, but my guess is I will be too busy learning to socialize much. I figured after winning 4 championships I should learn how to drive properly. If nothing else I get like 24 runs in one day with an instructor which should start the season out right.

Tim, Mike, Rich, sounds good. Any suggestions? maybe meet for breakfast, meet up with Mike P around 11-ish, then head over to catch Mike M killing cones for a while?
Any garage action to check out this weekend?

Anyone else interested? (Dan? Paul?)

I'd love to be out but still putting my car back together. Still having clutch issues.

Paul

I'll be in the garage friday night and definitely saturday afternoon finishing up. i hope to have a start on Saturday. On Saturday morning I'm taking my girls to Pole Position to run the karts. Thought that would be a fun Dad and Daughter day. Stop by if you are out my way on Saturday and give me some inspiration to finish it up.

We should be shooting paint all weekend, stop by if your close, depending on where we are at will determine how much socializing can be done on our part.:D

Thanks Steve but I'll stick to the pole position. Ashley hasn't driven Karts yet and it's just going to be a little fun for me and the girls. Plus my in-laws bought me a membership for pole position.

OK, who's in?
Where we going?
Who are we visiting?

as far as I know:
Tim, Rich, Mike P

I'd be up for cruising with Dave, meeting @ 9am @ Franjo.
then picking up Mike after 11 and heading over to Keith's to check out the new paint!

thoughts?

Your idea...you plan it up. Keith, Paul, and Dan are all working on their cars, so, if that's your plan to go from garage to garage, it would be best to meet in St Charles County and work our way South I guess. I think going to any outlying areas we would be taking our chances on flooded roads....I'm taking today off so I can catch up on some yard work.

Keith, about what time do you think you'll start shooting paint and any idea of when you may be taking a break for us to stop by and admire? Mike P.

Good point about the flooding Tim.
Ok, want to meet somewhere in St. Charles for breakfast? then grab Mike P and head over to Keith, then Paul's, then Dan's.

I'm open to suggestions, just want to DRIVE tomorrow!

I don't think flooding is going to be a problem. Flash floods...up and gone in 24 hrs. About 45* early am. Just let me know.
