Hot Rod Power Tour

The weather is clearing, so bring your cars!!!! Also, I signed us up for 10 people, I know it's a volunteer thing, but, they based our club donation on the number of people that signed up, so let's not disappoint. If you do NOT plan to come at all, please text me and let me know.
 
Great showing by our club today and the hard work was very much noticed by the HRPT staff. Many thanks to all who came out and participated and helped park, I would guesstimate more than 3,000 cars! :eek: Will talk more about this at tomorrow nights meeting.

2017 HRPT Call for Volunteers

We've once again been contacted by HRPT to volunteer some time on 6/14 to help with registrations and parking cars. I'm not sure I will be able to make it as I get back from a 10 day vacation on 6/10, so, need to find out who can volunteer their time on WEDNESDAY 6/14. Please reply if you can and I'll keep up a roster. Our work with them was rewarded with a $500 check last year, so, it would be great if we can get that again this year. Let me know by 5/1 if you can help out with this or let me know at the meeting Tuesday night.

Posts are strange? If help is needed 6/15 - I COULD HELP....maybe discuss this coming Tuesday Meeting....2015 (2 years ago?) then Paul's post is TODAY.......?
 
The original post was from 2015, I saw no need to start a new thread with the exact same title, so, just added on to this one. I thought it would be a good idea for new people to review what happened before. This IS a request for 2017.
 
Just still learning this site.....I have figured it out possibly.....JUST CLICK AND GO TO THE "LAST PAGE".....which puts info at current time.....funny stuff, have read some posts and was excited to do so, only to realize "some" are couple years old?.....no biggie....SO JUNE 14th I COULD HELP ON YOUR REQUEST....just need to know the details.....
 
I'm on vacation 6/09 - 6/17 so will miss the Hot Rod Power Tour and the Columbia, MO cruise with the MACC. We'll be in Cabo so probably won't have too many regrets! :cool:
 
Hey MIKE cool place be sure to visit "the office" bar on beach downtown....anyone will know where it is....side note IF YOU GO WHALE WATCHING ONLY IN A BIG BOAT..... not one of the many cheap San-pans.... last year whale breached directly on TOP of the small boat KILLED TWO LADIES FROM IOWA..... not good! MIGUEL got too close.....!!!!!
