When - September 23, 2023 (Saturday)

Where - Broemmelsiek Park shelter #7

Time - Arrive 2:00-3:00pm, food ready for everyone by 4:00pm.

What to bring - Salad/Fruit/Dessert, folding chairs and what you want to drink. The club provides the main course, sides and bottled water.

All - this is a chance to meet new and old members. The weather is typically nice enough to drive your car and is an opportunity for new members in the process of building to see finished cars and to gain knowledge from those that have finished theirs. There are usually raffles, and a 50/50 for those interested, but, this will be dependent on attendance. So, as Mike said, please vote on the poll if you plan to attend or not. Thanks!

Wanted to bring these details back to the top and let everyone know arrival times have been moved back slightly. We'll begin setting up by 3:00pm so can arrive 3:00-3:30ish. Will still plan to begin eating around 4:00pm.

Side dish, fruit or desserts are welcome. And as in previous years please bring anything you feel would be a good addition to our annual raffle. Does not have to be car related.

Tim, we have the pavilion all day and can adjust arrival times if needed but food won't be ready to pick up until 2:15pm. Let's wait a few days as weather forecast can change almost daily.

Food for the picnic has been firmed up but we will have extra. So, so if your plans changed or you hadn't RSVP'd please still join us! Plan to arrive 3:00-3:30 and we'll begin eating about 4:00pm. Club will be providing Hobo's fried chicken, mashed tats/gravy and a Pasta House salad. Any other side dishes or desserts are welcomed. Bottled water will also be provided but bring any other drinks of choice?
