Tom, don't you think the temps (air and tire) probably had a lot to do with it? I've found mine to be very predictable in turns or areas where the back end got away a bit. I usually let off the throttle, don't touch the break and steer in to the slide and it straightens back up pretty quickly. Mind you, I don't take this for granted, but that is what has happened the handful of times it has happened. I would just be sick over this especially since I don't posses the skills to rebuild it like he does. Looks like the crush zones did their jobs and he walked away. I posted this with some humor (Steve took it hook line and sinker) and with a lesson in mind too. Glad you two got it.
