I'm open to a reschedule for the GCC group? As Kerry knows, it's an impressive visit so would like those interested to be able to attend? Anyone else want to weigh in on this? If we rescheduled would others be interested in driving their roadsters even though it would be street parking?
 
This EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED! We don't have much on the calendar yet in July so thinking maybe Saturday 7/14? I'll bring it up at the next meeting.

I have an itch to look at classic bikes :rolleyes: so I still plan to go down tomorrow. If anyone is interested let me know?
 
Good call Mike...weather washed it out. At a later date, YES it would be a driving day...when you are there tomorrow seek out a Museum Manager, and see if they could provide some type of parking for a club visit .... you made the right decision to postpone ... weather will suck tomorrow...ok partner I know you put a lot into this, disappointed, don’t be, we shall live to ride another day.....! Thank you for the invite to pick me up and ride down together... very nice jester. Ok buddy onward and upward!
 
If we postpone this to better weather, there is an open / free parking lot about 1 to 2 blocks south, across the street from Quincy Street Bistro (6931 Gravois Ave).
I believe it is the Bistro's lot and they don't open until 11:30 on Saturday. I think this would work well for us. (still meet at IHOP and cruise in, then Ted Drewes post-tour. :cool:
 
Enjoy your nice weather, it's 43* here, overcast, and everything is still wet (looks like more rain).
It will be more enjoyable with better weather later.
