We use the RSVP's for planning how many paperplates, bratwurst, etc. If one or two come at the last minute, the more the merrier.

If 20 come at the last minute, we'll be very excited as we enjoy our half a bratwurst.

Hope Deb can make it, don't worry about the count. More important that everyone have a good time.

As of 8/11, we are at 51 attendees !!!! :) :D

Hope we can get more to come. Spouses, Children, all are welcome.

And if you haven't registered, you're still welcome to come. We'll do a mass email just before the picnic as a reminder.

Going to try and make it. Suppossed to be at the lake all weekend. Try to cut out early and swing by with the Cobra. Put me down for one.

As of Monday, Aug 23rd, we are over 50 attendees and the potential of over 20 cars

Sure hope everyone can make it. Per your request, the coordinators have arranged for exceptional weather.

We'll plan festivities to begin somewhere between noon and 12:30, depending on how well we can get the charcoal started. Should be in full swing by 1pm

Babler State Park - Walnut Grove picnic shelter - follow the signs in the park

Let's plan for a group picture (synchronized rollbar holding) around 3pm? :D

Gifts / Desserts / Raffles / Desserts / Games / Desserts / Friends / Desserts

Club is providing Hot Dogs / BratWurst / Hamburgers with buns, condiments, etc. along with paper plates, utensils, table cloths.

PotLuck by the membership on salads / chips & salsa or dip / Veggie dishes / Desserts / or anything else that sounds good

Club members responsible for the beverages of their choice.

Come and challenge last years washer champions

I will be the first to admit that I'm terrible with names and even if I recognized you, I wouldn't have met your spouse. I would love to see some great big name tags to help through the awkward moments!
 
That's cause you were busy talking :D BTW - Dave, I need you to pick something up from Danny. I talked to him yesterday, and told him you could swing by and pick it up, so make sure you come :)

We'll be there, but my car won't. Sitting idle right now with a blown throwout bearing o-ring. So make that 19 cars
