Hey GCC!

I will be flying in Thursday night for a funeral that is in the morning Friday. Flying back Friday night. It would be nice to meet up with anyone who is going out for a quick cruise to Sonic Thursday night or Friday afternoon.

Post any meeting spots if anyone is game.

Pro Qualifying Round 2 at 10 AM (Run order: XPS, PXM, XTF, PN, PX)
Pro Qualifying Round 3 at 1 PM (Run order: XPS, PXM, XTF, PN, PX)
Pro Eliminations Round 1 at 4 PM (Run order: XPS, PXM, XTF, PN, PX)

Scott, Mark, Mike and I have been meeting at Sonic Chesterfield on Thursday nights. May even have Gary O this Thursday if he get's his car back. Let us know if you want to get together Thursday night or Friday. Be good to see you, safe travels.
 
We'll be packing Thursday evening so we can leave early Friday for a wedding in Indiana. Sorry I'll miss you, hope you enjoy your time in town as much as possible under the circumstances.
 
I will try to make it Thursday to Sonic. The way things have been going, I haven't gotten anywhere in the Cobra. What time at Sonic?
 
7 ish, we really have not set time, but we stay there until 11pm sometimes.
 
Probably will be around 8PM. My flight is supposed to land at 6:50 PM, and I need to get a rental car since my dad doesn't want to pick me up at the airport :(

It's just me coming back for this trip BTW.

Was good to see you Scott. Sorry to hear the GCC Breakdown bug followed you to Ohio though :( Have a safe trip back, keep us updated on your no start when hot issue.

I have to say you guys were the highlight of my week. It was fun catching up and just hanging out at Sonic. It sure is funny to watch the Chesterfield Popo chase away all of the kids in their ricers.

It was good to see everyone last night and a real treat to see Scott. Don't get down over your car's teething problems. You have continued to isolate and correct each of the small loose ends and I think you have a good handle now on the hot start issue. I'll bet you a Sonic shake that when the alternator is rebuilt and holding 14+ volts on the battery, your hot start problem will disappear.

Mark...thanks for the adrenalin injection last night on 40/61...I still don't know where the white GT350 Mustang went after you put the hammer down. Car felt good, sounded good and ran clean. Now... about that gas mileage....:eek:

Tim...I look forward to riding shotgun with you next time...Kathy was ready to head home by 10:30...but we both enjoyed hanging out with everyone.

Mike W...thanks again for the tickets. Seem we old farts know a lot of the same people from the old racing community. Your car looks good and I especially liked your aluminum panel and shifter work.
