Another question. Where can I get a 4 ft x 8 ft sheet of aluminum 0.040 (6061T-6)?

Bob, I have a Harbor Freight bender, if you can use 2 4x4 sheets, this is the best and cheapest.

For straight cuts, I score and snap. Works well on the T-6 stuff
