A number of guys have expressed interest in the All Ford Show this weekend. Details

JUL 29 SUN ~ 26th Annual Ford Car Show
  • register 8:30am until Noon -$20 per vehicle, no pre-registration ~ Swap Space: $10
  • Dash plaques 1st 150 show vehicles. Open to all factory Ford powered vehicles, originally Ford powered, currently Ford powered, Ford body or replica
  • Show features separate parking and "Best of Show" Trophies for the all Ford show, the Fairlane Mini-Meet and the later model Muscle Mustang classes along with a sponsors choice plaque
  • Voting Noon until 2pm ~ Trophies 4pm or when ballots counted
  • J. S. McDonnell Park ~ ST. LOUIS, MO

Looks like the weather may cooperate, calling for 94 degrees (bring a jacket :))

Excellent setting, the cars are displayed around the trees so there is generally lots of shade

Last years show had about a dozen Cobra replicas, many from the Gateway Club.

I usually go to this one, and plan on attending again this year. See you there!

They park you together in your assigned group for your car. Since it is participant judged, it makes it easier this way.

Usually a good show. Waaay too many late model mustangs!

Thanks for the reminder Paul.
I think I'll head over to see you guys.

Where is J. S. McDonnell Park? Don't think I've ever been there.

Location

McDonnell park is near Dorsett and Lindbergh

When you drive up Lindbergh, there should be signs for it by the car club

Oh Well

Rainstorm 1 . . . Cobras 0

Walked thru the show after 2pm and saw Dave Helms drive round the park. Zero Cobras on display.

They said they had 110 cars. Last year was around 160

Maybe next year

Rich & I were planning to join, but the morning rain pretty much doomed those plans.

meanwhile, got a lot of wiring sorted out and completed yesterday, still a lot to go, but making progress.
