Unfortunately, it is what it is. I never considered BK an option, but I can understand the whys now better than ever. I can't imagine being in the situation of saying my house isn't worth my mortgage, I lost my job and now my payment goes up because I have an arm. In Leo's case I think things are different, but these days in most cases it is good people that need relief. For those that own businesses it is much more of an issue. As Leo said, employees don't care if business is slow, they don't care the circumstances, they care about getting their pay check that is it. They beat up tools and get mad when you as the owner don't run out to buy $1,000s worth of new tools just because they were mad, in an arugument with the wife and threw your tools. After all, we just make money hand over fist and eat steak and lobster 4 times a week.
For those that own businesses mine is still pretty good(still profitable), but we are making those tough choices . Don't buy another vehicle, patch the one you have back together, charge employees for the broken tools when they are stupid(most just leave, then you get to train someone new) tkae less of a pay check because you are last in line.
Now, Leo, your case is different, if that guy closed his business, bought another, kept a big house and nice cars and left you hanging...go find the tires
