Our friends are having a show in Hermann, MO. All information can be found at this link - https://www.midwestblueoval.club/event/2018-blue-oval-rally-hermann-mo/

Charity benefit show and $20/car registration. They are doing pre-registration online here

This is a 3 day event, however, the show is just on Saturday. Gates open at 8am and registration goes until noon. If we want to park together, we must arrive together. So, I like Hermann and will go at least on Saturday if not the other days. I suggest meeting at QT on S. Hwy 94 at 8:30am, and leave by 9am. Should put us in Hermann around 10am.

Let me know if you plan to go Thursday, Friday or just Saturday or if you want more information.

Past pictures can be located here: http://www.midwestblueoval.club/2016-blue-oval-rally-hermann-mo-2/

BTW - I'm not positive, but, believe the hotel bookings are full. But maybe call and check as shown on the website.

I wanted to support this event but unfortunately, have a conflict. We are having a 90th Birthday party for my Father-In Law on 8/11 and have extended family coming in town for it!

Opps, darn I, will miss it ...will be at Bellrive CC for 100th PGA Championship, people coming in from Nebraska Agency to attend. Will be occupied August 9th - 12th....bad planning on my part...!

Mark, Wayne and Anne are coming in town Friday night, if interested in getting together with them let me know. Figured we would all drive down together Saturday morning as they are staying in Chesterfield/O'Fallon.

Ann is a definite "NO" for riding with me to Hermann on Saturday morning.
She's hosting a wedding shower for my nephew's future wife (Jezus Kriste I'll be glad when this wedding shit is over!!)
I'm still planning to go Saturday morning (and be as far away from another wedding shower as possible).

She would like to meet with Wayne & Anne on Friday night, she's checking her schedule today. I'll let you know soon. Thanks!

Who is interested in driving to Hermann Saturday morning for the Blue Oval Rally?
"meet at QT on S. Hwy 94 at 8:30am, and leave by 9am. Should put us in Hermann around 10am."

Anyone else interested in seeing a LOT of Mustangs? LOL (and checking out Tim's new tires!)
I think Rich is going to meet us at QT on S. Hwy 94 at 8:30am.
I don't plan on staying there too long, probably eat lunch and head home.

New tires are at the tire place waiting to be mounted....buuuutttt, it seems he is short handed and can't get to my tires until Monday :(

There's new and old Mustangs, and the difference this time it's anything FORD. I misspoke in the meeting reminder e-mail saying it's Shelbyfest, but, it's not. People on FB have posted bringing some old Cougars, Trucks etc..., so, should be an interesting show.

Saturday's Schedule:
8:00AM Gates open……registration will be open until 12:00PM. If you want to park together as a group, you must arrive as a group.
10:00AM Kids Korner opens
12:00PM Thunder on the River – Dedicated to all of our military, law enforcement, fire fighters and fallen Ford enthusiast.
2:30PM – Kids Korner closes and the presentation of awards at the PA booth.
3:00PM Show closes and presentation of the scavenger hunt winning basket at the Wine Valley Inn.
8:00PM Pub Crawl (Poker style) – Meet at Sharps Corner bar. Must be 21 and over to participate. Payout is 3 places and 50 percent of the money goes to our named charity.

Like Mark mentioned, head down, have some lunch, walk around the cars and head back the fun way, maybe stop by Big Chief or something. See ya at QT!

Have a great time guys!

I wanted to go to this event but unfortunately, have a conflict. We are having a 90th Birthday party for my Father-In Law tomorrow and have extended family in town for it!

Yep, noted in post #2. Have fun at the party, family more important. Will take some pics, assuming it doesn't Ra....well, you know.

So since it's just me, Rich, and Mark... We're going to Rich's to get his car running and to fly drones.
