All, please indicate on the poll if you can make the 2024 Kickoff Party: Friday, January 12th, 6p - 9p at Fastlane Classic Cars.

Last year was very well received so we will duplicate what we did:
- We will ask for a $10/head (adults) donation to help offset the cost of the room and food
- We will be having BBQ as the meat, with sides provided by the club or its officers
- Desserts - to be provided by the club
- Club will provide bottled water. You may bring your own adult beverage.

If you have special dietary restrictions, please let Tim know at tlmauldin3127@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The Kickoff party is open to All current members and immediate family and/or guests that will be paying to join the club.

We will have a short presentation, some music, and concentrate on more time for socializing.

Please respond to this poll so we can properly order food.

To clarify, the desserts are usually provided by club members. You don' t need to supply enough for everyone as others will be bringing cookies, brownies, pie and the like. We typically have plenty but, always good to have a variety.

Please be looking in the mail for the event postcard and add it to your calendars. It's one of our biggest events and is a great time for new members to meet old and vice versa. Thanks to those that have already voted.

Thanks all for voting. I know the weather looks iffy, but they rarely get it right. Current forecast as of now below. It of what it is. We've already ordered food and plans are in place, so, we're locked in. If you feel you need to cancel, at this point your food has been ordered, so, take that in to consideration please.

Hey all, thought I would touch base about the weather. Yes, it's gonna snow. If you've been in the club a while, it's done it before, we survived. Yes, we've already paid for food and the room as well as other items and we hope that those in attendance are hungry. We've had a few cancellations, so, there will be plenty I think unless we have a bunch show up that haven't responded one way or another.
Having said all of that, if you do not feel safe being out and driving in the weather, please, stay home, but PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I hope all of you can make it, but, want it to be a safe evening. Thanks and see you tomorrow night!
 
Thought I would get on here to update those that weren't able to attend, please see the attached presentation for what we covered. We ended up having a great turnout despite the weather, so, thanks to all who came out. If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
