Ian brought up in another thread the following, thought I would move it here at a more appropriate place:
IAN asked:
Looking at our calendar this weekend? Anything happening on Saturday (Cars/Coffee Westport?) ....and I see the Car/Truck show happening in Washington (corner of Main and Cedar-downtown).....anyone going? Not sure how weather plays out...
My phone shows RAIN ALL DAYS INTO SUNDAY....so could be a bust?

Thanks for bringing it up Ian...we'll keep an eye on the weather.

So weather looks crappy for tomorrow and Saturday, but, Sunday, well, that's a different story. The Blue Oval Rally in Hermann looks to be a soggy one (nice today though) but tomorrow and Saturday could get wet. If I had a car with a top, I would go there.

Sunday Weather - Partly cloudy and a high of 76 :D
There is a car show in Washington on Sunday....any interest? Wanna drive Sunday? If you wanna drive, I have a couple of ideas for lunch stops.

Don't want to go that far? That's ok too, we can head down to Washington or Hermann????

So, who's in?

If you go to the Midway Bar & Grill...be sure to check out the old photos under the bar glass of the WW2 Prisoner of War Camp that was in Weingarten MO (where the Bar & Grill are located.)
The buildings from the original camp are gone...but concrete floors and one fireplace remain. The old photos are very interesting and many Missourian's are completely unaware that a POW camp was built here.

Sunday sounds like the pick day...YES - would love to take a cruise ....hope there are many that want to ride! I am IN for whatever is decided!

Ok, keep an eye on the forum Saturday for plans :) Thanks Kerry, will look for it.

Keeping an EYE ON THE forum....just took a quick spin to Dobb's and had Tires checked (28 F - 27 R) ALL WERE A TAD LOW.....aired up and calibrated now....ZoomZoom.....what's up for this beautiful predicted Sunday? Hoping a cruise could be in the asking...?

I'm working on a route and meet place now, but yes, we are going somewhere tomorrow.

Yippee....yippee....excited! Standing by, "CHARLIE MIKE" President Tim....going to Max and Erma's with my granddaughter....back home in hour or so...

Say hello to my Son Matt. He works at the one in Mid Rivers Mall Ian.

Ok, we'll meet at the QT at Hwy 109 and I-44 at 10am. Lunch at Midway Bar and Grill, then....THEN....ICE CREAM in Kimmswick! :D If anyone SOUTH wants to meet us at Midway, I hope to be there around noon to 12:30.

How much air are you running? 1# for every 100# of weight of the car!

Regarding the "Air in Tires"...being a BACKDRAFT build, this car is heavier than most....even at Franjo when we weighted them, comments were made on the weight....being more than most anticipated - I think it was decided, it was the heaviest there. In speaking with JAMES YALE the builder of the car in Houston, this is the data he provided and recommended this pressure....front one pound more than rear....so thanks for the info, learned something-#1 per #100 in weight...good to know...and I smile when ever I say the name of your roadster..."ITSDAPIG".....

As far as I know, Me/Linda, Paul/Cindy, Mark P, Keith, and Ian/Barb. David D - I know you said you were going to Hermann and back...we're taking a little longer ride if you want to join us.
