I was up at Omer's today checking on my car and there was a gentlemen there that I had seen before working on a teardown of a 4 cylinder Toyota truck. We talked a bit about the stuck head bolt stud and then got to talking about NASCAR, Smokey Yunick, Richard Petty, Buddy Baker, and Bob Bondurant (yes, that one). Very cool to talk to and get some inside scoop on things like having one of the first 3 hemi powered Dodge's to run at Daytona (the other 2 being Petty's). Great stories that I hadn't heard before.
