Will the "stimulus" plan work? Was it good thing that only 3 Rep. senators voted for it & no Rep. house mems voted for it or was that a bad thing? Was it a good thing that the Rep. nominated for commerce sec. w/d or was that a bad thing? Is our new Pres. naive to think that he can get Rep. support for his initiatives. Is it good thing that he is not getting support because it acts as a check against bad policies?

O'Boy this could get good !!!

I don't think a $800,000,000 high speed rail from LA to LV will jump start the economy.
I don' think $50,000,000 to the arts will jump start the economy>
I don't think $50,000,000 to the SF bay area for ecological purposes(to save a mouse) will jump start the economy.
I can go on and on but I will spare you all the pork in this plan. oink oink oink and no lipstick.
The tax cut's he is so proud of will put pennies in the tax payers(read that as the 60% of us who actually pay taxes). What would you do with an extra $8.00-$25.00 each week?
If I were not paying taxes I would be elgible for up to $4800 refund due to the Earned Income Credit. This is welfare at its best.

Over 1,000 pages in the bill...House had less than 12 hrs to read, Senate had 2-3 hours to read. If you were an Evelyn Woods speed reader it would take over 12 hrs with no pee breaks to read this. The GOP was not even allowed in the meetings. What happened to Obama's campaign promise of bi-partisan involvement. He got 3 GOP votes in the Senate and 0 in the House.

Obama needs to realize the campaign is over(he did win) and stop trying to convince the public that does not think his plan will work(40%+) that it will.

If this hurry up and get it done philosophy is the mind set of this administration we are in deep doo.
If small business' ran on this agenda, they would not make it a year.

I don,t see this doing much at all in the very near future.

This is the greatest redistribution of wealth this great nation has experienced...HERE COMES SOCIALISM(or should I say more because we already have too many entitlement programs in place).

I am proud of Judd standing on his principles. He did the right thing in my eyes...actually he had to withdraw because the vetting process uncovered the fact that he had actually been paying his income taxes on time.

More later, I am getting all O'Reillyed up.

"he had to w/d cause he actually paid his taxes on time." Now that thar's funny. I don't care who you are. You crack me up. :D
