Why Ford, Chevy or whatever?

I constantly find things I like about other cars and want to incorporate in my car..... except a big block;) :D

When a Big Block powered car accelerates it's not actually moving, it's spinning the Earth underneath it.

I really think it depends on what you grew up with, and what you were used to turning bolts on. I have owned big block/small block Mopars, and Chevys most of my life. I bought only one Ford truck in 99' and the engine shot craps after 44000 miles and Ford blew me off. I stated never again....until I got bit by the Cobra. They all made good engines and they all made some lemons. I have a big block Camaro parked right next to my Cobra in the garage and they seem to be getting along just fine. I have owned countless 350's and they are just simple to work on. I have only replaced little stuff on the 351w but it is a little bit bigger size wise compared to the 350. It's kinda inbetween the small block (302) and the big blocks. Seems to be a good engine so far. Only other ford engines I have worked on have been the old 289 Hipo in a 65' Comet and a 352 in my dads old truck. If they burn gas or diesel I pretty much love em!!!!!
