This is a very long article which appears in the current Riverfront Times.

Before you testosterone-filled conservatives brush it off as another liberal article in the Riverfront Times, read a couple of paragraphs. You will see that it is AT LEAST as critical of the current administration as it is of the past administrations. It is written by a lawyer, but don't let that discourage you either. I think it is worth the read. I just don't know where to hide anymore...... It appears to be impossible to find a safe place to preserve your wealth, much less increase it.:mad::mad::mad:

I could only read 3 pages before getting so aggravated that I had to stop. I'm still worried that I'll go to the bank one day and it will be locked down tight. I bought gold at $989.50 a few months ago and don't really care if it goes up although it has. I'm keeping it just for security and hopefully to feed my family for a while if the worst happens.
 
sorry to say but there is half truths in this storey fannie may and freddy mc was exposed by who and he was told basically to shut up take 1 quess

tim read the complete article and start checking facts - thats why i said half truths - some of it is misleading. you think the gas price problem when nuts after dereg and sold on the open market think of what this would do ( Dodd wants the Fed to lose its regulatory hold over banking and consumers (especially credit cards). more bank and credit card bail out. its like a runaway train with no brakes going down a steep mountain. how many lies can you tell in two minutes see link http://www.theospark.net/2009/09/video-7-lies-in-under-2-minutes.html
