• For all members (past, current, and new)

THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING TO GET THIS CLUB OFF THE STARTING LINE !!!

To begin your membership with Gateway Cobra Club please submit your vital information to our club registrar/Treasurer: Paul Proefrock

    Please include your:

Name, address, phone numbers (work, home, cell) e-mail, etc. Also, tell us about your Cobra (make, model, year, colors, engine, options, stage of build, etc.), where you bought it, any other particulars. Also include other vehicles, birthdays, your occupation & company, and any other details about you and you significant others. BTW - this info will not be posted on-line (EVER). It's just for us - to make the club better. We will eventually create a database for internal club use only.

We will begin collecting dues soon to enable the activities that we have planned for the year - so stay tuned for that.

FINALLY - get involved. Attend the meetings, schedule some cruises, and have some fun. We want to make this club fun (for the whole family). We're small (for now) but we're going to make a big noise here in St. Louis. In the end - this club will only be as good as our members participation.

Thanks for joining us - see you in the fast lane!

Welcome Aboard Winners Circle 1 (Danny)

Hey GCC reptilian den members let's welcome aboard my buddy Danny. Great guy. Class act. Quiet. Unassuming. Humble. All around great guy. Danny is one of the most talented, knowledgeable & intelligent people I know who doesn't try to impress you & try to make you think he's all that. If you need ANY automotive repairs or work done on ANY of your vehicles he is THE man. Love Ya Danny. You Rock.:cool::cool::cool: BTW Hey Tim/Mark please approve Danny & grant him access & posting privileges as soon as possible.

Welcome aboard Danny...I don't blame you(I wouldn't want to use Dave's moniker for very long ethier:):)
Dave : I don't know how you got thru the welcoming of Danny with out one time putting on a bowtie

bowtie

Thanks guys for the welcome. By the way I do appreciate good horsepower even if it is a ford thing. One of these days I'll show you some real bowtie power it might even be in a cobra, oh did I say that out loud. Sorry

Ummmmmmmmmm Velly inteerrrrresting. We'll see. :D I hear there's a guy with a mean & nasty Cobra with a 351 Windsor that wants to race your phantom bowtie Cobra. :D

Welcome to the fray Danny! I'm glad you have your own name to post under now so folks don't accidentally think that David said something smart :D

Does anyone remember the old song "Phantom 409"? It wasn't about a bowtie but maybe Danny can put one of those old anchors in a Chobra.
I can picture it now;cause this is the type of vehicle that accepts a chebby:
22" rims
slammed to the ground/with hydraulics
maybe painted a real lime green/gold accents

Welcome aboard Danny! If you don't want to build a cobra, I might know someone that would let you put one in theirs! I'm looking forward to some interesting discussions.

Now that thar's funny, I don't care who you are! :D Nice one Tom. :) Now I just gotta figure out a way to get even. :p:D

Well Dave, since you're always odd, just add one and you'll now be even. Remeber "Even" is always divisible by 2. So it takes to to get even. I think.

Yeah Bull I am kind of a round peg amongst a bunch of square pegs or is it visa versa? :D Hopefully that's not a bad thing & I'm just adding balance to the equation or a different devils advocate position to spice things up a bit. :D

Back OT. Hey Danny I like your new avatar. Can you make it bigger so it shows up better? Mark or Tim can you do it for him?

Hey Danny MikeyW sent ya a visitor message & he busted your chops about my heater hose leak on my 58. Are ya gonna let him get away with that? :D:p:o

Fixed your avatar. Dave, you failed to mention the new GCC Chevy Tow Truck on retainer :D

Tim, thanks for enlarging my thingy:D,, By the way the chevie tow truck is on stand by for those furds. Just a phone call awaiting:p

OMG That thar's funny I don't care who you are. :D "Furds" That's hilarious. :D Can anybody come up with a retort to that one. Snakey Guy? MikeyW?

Go figure - the Chebbie guy had a small thingy - and a Ford guy had to show him how to make it bigger.:D

Hey I don't like the direction this thread is going in! :D Imagine that, me of all people to complain about innuendo! :D:eek::p Nice zinger Mark. Had to stick up for buddy Danny tho.

All I know is I was told years ago to never trust a guy that wears a bow tie.

Would "Chitty" apply? As in a Chitty bow tie
Kinda like Chebby
