Got back yesterday from our vacation and it was great. We rented a houseboat for the week, picked up Monday and turned it in Friday. Rented Jet Ski's, did a little fishing, swimming, beer drinkin', bonding with the family and did not think about work, the problems we have, just had fun. One of the better vacations we've taken as a family. Matt got a ticket on the way home (94 in a 70) in St. Clair. I think it would be as awesome with couples, and the lake, well, it was as smooth as any lake I've ever been on and as clear as anything I've ever seen. Had a great time. Headed to Mt. Nebo with my Dad, Brother and Uncle Monday, and hopefully recover from the fall I took today.

Looks like a nice relaxing time on the lake. You weren't kidding about a "little" fishing or was it fishing for "little" fish. Glad you had a good time.
 
Never been to "TBULL" Shoals. Looks like good water. Also looked like they had an abundence of water?!?!?! I was at the Ozarks for a long weekend a few weeks back and the water was up and muddy...but the fishing was excellent. They had the dam wide open as Truman was 11' above flood stage. How did you like the house boat for a week??

Bull Shoals boat dock and Marina, spent many weeks fishing and vacationing there, my dads Aunt used to own it back in the late 60s. Many good times floating and fishing White river.
Have not been back in several years, looks like the marina has grown again. Its also one extremely deep lake.
