Has anyone figured out a way to clean/wash the undersides of our cars? - without getting completely soaked?

Seems that Lake Garnett took its toll and my wheel wells and frame is covered with limestone slurry. I can blast some using the neighborhood carwash but really would like to get this thing up higher and clean off some of the grit

Always teased Mark Earls about waxing his frame. Wonder if he would do mine?

If you can't see it...it's not there :D I typically take a couple of old beach towels and either wet them down or use the spray wash and get under the car and hand wipe it down. About the only way I know.

My dad has a garage full of old Nash cars. They have never been cleaned underneath. When I asked him about it, he told be that the dirt and grease under the car was a protective layer that prevented the frame from rusting more. That wasn't very helpful...

Spray down with your favorite degreaser, then set up your oscillating lawn sprinkler and drive back and forth over it.
