Keep in mind that is the $90 ICON Professional line...not the cheap Harbor Freight Pittsburgh brand of torque wrenches always on sale for $10.
The ICON is getting good reviews as a professional series to compete with Mac and Snap-On...at a far lower new cost.
However, you can find a great selection of Armstong, Matco, Proto, GearWrench, Mac, and Snap-On torque wrenches on eBay for even less than $90.
I have bought several that were in new condition for less than $50 shipped.

Except they don't yet offer a 1/4" drive.
3/8 and 1/2 only.
Many smaller 5-8mm bolts require less torque in inch lbs.than a 3/8" drives lowest range.
