Found this article, EXCELLENT for the guys building (do it NOW, before you install your windshield) and for cars that have been built and encounter the stripped windshield screws.

This is the direction I went last year, after stripping out both top screws and 1 lower screw (grumble, grumble). with original Brass inserts, stripping them is very easy to do!!
Doing this before assembling your car is SO MUCH EASIER.
