These worth anything?

Came across these two handguns, they have been packed away for many years. One is a Iver Johnson hammerless .38 from the turn of the 20th century. Patent dates are listed on the gun... April 6 1886, Feb 15th 1887, March 13th 1888 and Aug 25th 1898.
The other one is a Hopkins and Allen .32 and has a Patent date of Jan 5th 1888.
These are only in display condition and I would never fire them.
I also have a few old rounds that could be displayed with each.
Worth anything? Kerry?

I can't help you with the worth Skip but I would sure hang on to them. The top break IJ is a neat old design, I don't recall ever seeing a Glock type trigger safety on a revolver. The hex barrel on the H&A is really classic. They appear to be in real nice condition.

Skip...A little out of my area of collecting and I don't have my Book of Gun Values handy but condition on both look very good. Have they been refinished at any time? The surfaces on the Hopkins and Allen look like they might have been glass beaded and nickel plated at some point...or maybe it's just the appearance from the lighting.

Based on original unmolested guns....I would guess that the Iver and Johnson would be in the $300-$400 range and the Hopkins and Allen around $250-$350 ball park.

OK.. I might have to look into it from another dealer.
I was tempted to turn them in next time they have a gun buy back.

Kerry, to me it looks like they might have been glass blasted some time back.
They were sprayed down and wrapped when I opened them up.
I cleaned them up with cleaner and alcohol.
