The new Website is up and running - The Force Awakens  (Well maybe that's goes a little far)

After a lot of teeth gnashing, sleepless nites, lengthy phone calls, the new style and info has been published. The major changes:

  • Most Noticeable: the new style, header and logo. It was time to freshen things up
  • Most requested: the new Garage section. If you haven't posted info on your car yet, why not?
  • Biggest change: the new front page. When someone visits GatewayCobraClub.com, they'll first see the new front page that is integrated into this forum . Posts, threads, Facebook links, Garages, new info - this part of the system is very dynamic and changes daily. If you're the type that just logs onto the forum and hits "Newest Posts", take a moment to look at the home page. There's a lot going on there
  • A new Info Articles section will continue to grow as we add articles of interest for you. Tech, Track, Show, Build - who knows what will show up there
  • There are still sections to be activated and made more functional. An example: Blogs. We haven't fine tuned this yet, but will be adding articles and comments here regularly.
  • To come: Galleries; a place for your photos: Mobile style; many of us check the forum using our SmartPhones. This will customize the data to make it more readable on that size device: New Membership Store: New dues payment portal

A BIG note of thanks to Mark Earls and Greg Rozeboom, the support guru's behind all this activity. Greg worked on some of the issues as he stood in line at 3AM to watch the newest release of Star Wars. :D And Mark really made all this click. Without his work, none of this would have been possible.

There are bound to be glitches and minor adjustments. It will take a little getting used to by you since some of the menu items have moved - but they are much more versatile. We think we have all the permissions pages set properly. If you find a hiccup, let us know.

Sit back and enjoy.

Overall looks great, the one issue I have is the the small red lettering is hard for me to read on the black background!
