Anyone interested in a Texas hold em night? Open for suggestions but I would say $20 to $50 buy in, pay the top three spots(depending on how many are in). Anyone interested could play low stakes cash game afterwards. $1/$2 game or something of that nature.
 
I like poker. I would prefer dealer's choice instead of Texas hold em. Hold em is best when there is a lot of $$$$$$$$ at stake correct?

Hey when I had my superbowl/poker party last year as I recall you more than held your own, so don't even go there Markymark.
 
Big money. No. Lots of fun yes. As an example Buy in is $50. For the buy in you get $1,500 in chips. It is a no limit game so theoritically you could be out in the first hand or stay in most of the night if you are not agressive. If there are 10 people there is $500 in prize money. $300 to first $150 to second and $50 to third. It is a good time and you know for a fact you will not lose more than the buy in amount. The buy in could be a lot less if everyone wants to to make it a fun game($5, $10, etc it doesn't matter), but hey why not have a chance to win a couple hundred bucks.
 
Don't know yet. In order to make it a fun time we really need 8 or more. The more we have the better the game.
 
If ya want Kid we can do it at my house & if ya want we can do it as part of a Superbowl party. Let me know. I've got other people I can get to come so we would have at least 8. :cool:
