Yes it does.
I installed it tonight.

Couple of things ---

PROS
1) It's an app that lives on your phone
2) You can select any number of forums to follow as long as those forums are running the software.
3) You register with Tapatalk and then login to the forum
4) It really displays forums in a nice way, and I can see why this would be popular and useful for very popular forums.
5) I like the way it works.
6) It can be set to deliver ads to guests and make money for us.
7) The push notification feature function could be very useful for club events, and posts that you subscribe to, etc.
8) There is a lot to like about this technology
9) I'm sure if I spent some time tweeking this app - it would really be nice for us.

CONS
1) This is a very PUBLIC display - VERY PUBLIC. I messed with it for a while tonight, and had some trouble getting certain forums hidden from public view, and deciphering which forums were viewable by guests, or by members, etc. There are controls for this feature, but I ran out of time tonight messing with it.

2) I'm a bit concerned about hackers. They are real as you may know. Our site gets visits and attempts everyday, at all hours, from all over the world - but mostly from Eastern Europe, Russia, China, and the Far East. We've been lucky to date. Our simple human verification system is able to prevent all bots from getting in, but about once a week we get an actual human hacker as a registration. I get the e-mail notification and delete them ASAP. This system is yet another door into our "house". It requires further investigation.

3) I disabled it in the admin control panel - turned off Tapatalk.

Sidenote - last week I tried to MASS BLOCK entire countries and regions via ISP blocking, and although this worked with some success, the net effect was that the forum became VERY slow, because each click that I made had to pass through an ISP filter of 10,000+ address checks. I turned it off.

---So, I'll look into Tapatalk further, and we'll see if can get it going as long as it's secure.

For now, if we do turn it on - would you be interested in serving ads to guests (on Tapatalk) to make a few pennies?
