Not a cog belt, custom made reduction, think HyVo chain. The engine is a Yamaha snowmobile engine, with a turbo, making 300 hp.

I think that’s pretty much what I built in SC (a Super STOL) then got my Lic in NC and flew for a short time before I sadly ground looped it at Spirit. Got caught in a cross wind and my left main gear collapsed just above the wheel. Steve is flying a Highlander from Just Aircraft that’s set up a lot like Just Aircrafts Super STOL.
