St. Louis Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky Club Wine Cruise

Met up with the St. Louis Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky Club this morning and headed out about 10am. Keith & Laurie, Gene, and Ann & I joined them.

Unfortunately, Gene encountered some throttle issues about a mile into the drive and had to drop out. Dave volunteered to stay with him (Thanks again Dave, extremely nice of you!).

We arrived at Mount Pleasant Winery in Augusta at noon-ish, and were treated to private / gated parking.

Enjoyed a delicious flat-bread pizza and cheese tray with our wine while listening to a live Beatles tribute band.

After lunch, Jack treated us to a private wine tour.

It was a great day weather-wise and the Solstice / Sky Club were terrific hosts. Ann & I really enjoyed the day!

Naw, we played nice. It was a casual drive, just a little over posted limits.
We had a great day and Ann really enjoyed it too.

I'll try to contact Jack to see if we can coordinate something with them..
