I've seen several posts on FFCars and Club Cobra, with guys having issues with stuck spinners.
FIRST and FOREMOST, apply a sufficient coating of Anti-Sieze! If you haven't done this yet, remove your spinners and apply it before it's too late.
I saw this today and wanted to share it with the club. This may not help with the FFR lug wheels with fake spinners, as the problem is more complicated when the threaded hub begins to turn as well, but it may help.
VERY Cool Tool, watch the videos in this link. Wondering if it is something the club would want to purchase and keep in case of emergency (?)
