Man Oh Man. Does she generate a lot of controversy & passion or what? Seems like people either love her or hate her. Doesn't seem to be much in between. Now the McCain people are on her & dishing her. What's up with that? Moderator delete this thread if it is deemed too political.

Yeah

You must have missed CNN Larry King tonight. Must be a lot infighting in the McCain camp over Sarah. Seems as though she had a speech already to go Tues. night but McCain's people wouldn't let her speak. Evidently she has pissed off a lot of McCain's people. Evidently they are trying to hurt her politically now that the election is over.

She sure took....................

most of the Republican Party by storm. She was treated like a rock star. Maybe she felt like she should have been #1 on the ticket. She certainly has the charisma. As Hollywood would say she has the it or wow factor. She is obviously very pretty, folksy & charming. Sure looks like she is already looking forward to 2012. I believe she will be a force to be reckoned with as she becomes more & more savvy.

I think you guys are right on. The McCain camp is too far left for the majority of fly over ameriaca, and I feel they are trying to not let the republican part move back to where most people feel it should be.

I second Kerry's opinion!

I agree, but personal opinion says she doesn't run in 2012. Or at least makes no commitment for a couple years. If the economy gets better and confidence improves she holds off running. If it looks like a good opportunity to win she will run. Hillary v Palin:eek: How about the mud slinging with that campaign:mad:

The love affair with Sarah is over. You won't see her again especially with all that has come out this week (even if it's only 1/2 true - the reports about her are astounding). It's hard to believe that McCain and Pailn were the best that the GOP could put forward - very sad.

The party is in utter shambles thanks to weak spines, constant miscalculations, lack of leadership, and an absolute abandoning of their core principles. No matter what you may think of Bush, the (GOP) dolts in Congress blew their chance and it cost them - and us. The next Republican "star" isn't even on the radar. It will take 8 years for these guys to pull it together - if they can. At some point, a real conservative will emerge and bring back the luster to the brand - but IMHO - it's not Sarah.

So you're assuming that our country will still be a Democracy after the next 4-8 years?

Don't even get me started Chuck...poli-sci was a minor (minor) of mine in school...

If anyone reads or follows histroy, the U.S. is running on borrowed time as far as Democracy's go. Most are dead after 200 years.

Personally, I have been thinking of getting those Rosetta Stone Language programs for learning Mandarin Chinese.

If you're really that worried about it - don't buy a CD - buy a gun!

Yamamoto (sp) said after the attack on Pearl Harbor, when asked why he didn't continue on and invade the US mainland - he answered "because there's a gun behind every blade of grass".

If this election proves anything - it proves that democracy works. And in a couple of years we can prove it again.

I have set up at two gun shows in the past four weeks. Farmington and Springfield MO. The crowds and level of sales of both firearms and bulk ammunition have been unreal... One LEO bought 2,000 rds of ammo with a department check...

I have never witnessed such a 'feeding frenzy" of individuals, police officers, and recently discharged military personnel from Iraq and Afganistan... stocking up due to fears of Obama taking office and what will transpire with Democratic majorities in both houses.

There certainly is no economic downturn in the firearm and ammunition industries right now.... courtesy of Mr. Obama.

Can you say..."Unintended Consequences"...?
