Looks like a very promising change in traditional technology. The concept may change all future IC engines as we know them. Increasing the speed to fill the cylinder is huge.

The thing that sounds bs though, is the claim the heavier pistons contribute to increased torque. This effectively creates a short rod angle with a long stroke.
