I was going to tell everyone that if you are in the south county area, SieveKing in High Righ Has Methanol and other race fuels available. I talked to one of their drivers and he told me they had it. I went into the reception area and there beside the receptionist is a big picture of Dave William's cobra launching. The methanol was around $2.75 a gallon, so not bad. I just figured I'd add another source for us in the SOCO region.

Great, thanks. You are now the SOCO 'Librarian' - your responsibility, should you choose to accept it, is to keep building a library of resources for the South Countians.

Source?

Hey, new librarian -

Can you find us a source of NitroMethane - 55 gal drums

This stuff gives you the best buzz in the morning. Great way to relief a hangover

Before nitrous me and another super stock guy from this area had a supplier for hydrozene blend 1 part to 10 knock a healthy tenth off e.t and that was before they figuired how to test for it.

Paul, I called SeiveKing. The rep there said that the NitroMethane is highly regulated. He's going to contact VP Racing Fuels to get the requirements, but you'll have to have a license for the fuel. He thinks you can order it from VP and they will deliver to them in High Ridge and you'll pick up your drum there. I'll update as soon as I know more from them.

***Update***I talked to the VP Racing rep and he said do to restrictions, he can only get NitroMethane in a 50/50 pre-mixed race fuel. You can get it in a 55 gallon drum though as long as you have the license. I hope that helps.

The largest user of NitroMethane in this country ( would not expect this ) is radio controlled guys next is for medical ??? about 3 years ago there was a shortage and guess who had plenty china nhra limited fuel usage for testing and then said all fuel you used for a event and testing had to be purchased through them. The very next race they caught don schumacher racing with his own supply ( unopened ) in one of his trailers, they fined him and then turned around and wanted to purchase some from his supplier. vp sells what they call M5 which is methanol and 5% nitro we sell some to some of the alc boys and they swear by it.
