There are lot's of things to pray about, is this one directed at anything in particular?

Ahhhh....YES.....
"Let his days be few; and let another take his office."
I am particularly fond of 109:9 " Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow."

It always important to interpret words/scripture in the context in which they are written & appear. In this particular instance the verse quoted by my dear friend Naj appears in a Chapter of Psalms witten by David:
O God, whom I praise,
do not remain silent,
for wicked and deceitful men
have opened their mouths against me;
they have spoken against me with lying tounges.
With words of hatred they surround me;
they attack me without cause.
In return for my friendship they accuse me,
but I am a man of prayer.
They repay me evil for good,
and hatred for my friendship.
Appoint an evil man to oppose him;
let an accuser stand at his right hand.
When he is tried, let him be found guilty,
and may his prayers condemn him.
May his days be few;
may another take his place of leadership.
Psalm 109:1-8
When David wrote Psalm 109 he was angry because he was being attacked by evil people who slandered him and lied. Yet David remained a friend and a man of prayer. As children of God, while we must hate evil and work to overcome it, we must nonetheless love everyone, including those who do evil, because God loves them. We are called to hate the sin, but love the person. Only through God's strength will we be able to follow David's example. David endured many false accusations as did Christ centuries later.
