Dan, my wife, daughter and I will be attending. About what time Saturday are you looking for people to arrive? What can we bring to help? We leave for vacation early Sunday so won't be able to stay late. Thanks, Mike P.
Dan, unfortunately, we will not be able to join, I was looking forward to it. We are flying to Dallas Wednesday and won't be home until Monday.

Guys I'll get with the Coordinator and put out a list of items and you can pick from that as to what to bring. i have some chairs, but at some point we'll probably need more. Updates to follow.

Yes, we have some spare beds. There's also a pole in the basement, but it's white. It needs to stay the color though.
