One of my Hurricane buddies has this photo as part of his collection. I think the reflection is really kool.

Does anyone know of a location in the Saint Louis area that this setting could be duplicated?

Paul

I would like to know where you went for THIS photo below? As for your question, the only places close to that is at Forest Park and at New Town in St. Charles. Not many fountains with pools that you can drive up to that I've seen

Oh Oh

Tim
You posted my secret - - Now everyone is going to be painting their cars white/Blue with red pit stripe.

I saw Skip yesterday headed to Home Depot to buy some paint. Said he had to get one now, don't know if he meant stripe or model

Hey that's a nice pic of my ex-wife. :D I used to own a lake house bigger than Randy's & 5 Ferraris, BUT she got all that & I had to pay her lawyer to screw me.:p Aren't there some nice fountains downtown?

Hold on there Dave....I didn't know we were married to the same woman...she was a great housekeeper...kept the house, the cars, the kids and all the money.

Dave, good idea - There are fountains in front of Union Station that may could be used. Otherwise, maybe one of the ponds/lakes at Busch Wildlife would serve well. Maybe the park at Ballwin too.

There's a stone bridge in Cuire River park that i want to get a picture of and Tim also found a nice covered bridge. I'll keep an eye out for some water locations. i probably need to pack a camera in the car for future reference.

You talking about Cuivre River Park in Lincoln County outside of Troy? I've been there, didn't notice the bridge, where is it?

For you newbies out there, we produce a calendar each year of members' cars. So make sure you carry that camera and get some nice shots. The bigger/more megapixels, the more Mark can do with the image.

The covered bridge I found is off of Pond Road (in Wildwood) and Madison Creek Lane.

Anyone know of any old gas station shots? Sorry if this has veered off course Paul, I think this is a good topic :D

I saw it on the poker run a couple of weeks ago. I saved the directions so I could go back. I'll find them and post them. He's right Paul... Great topic of discussion. you know once we have a list of places, it might be good to have a sticky note that only an admin can update with new approved sites. Just a thought, that way I could look up a couple, plan a route for the day. Of course just going out for a run is nice too.
