should be ready about 3/19, planning a roadtrip to pick it up.

WOW, I'm so excited! my heart is still racing.

I need to change my sig now.

Congrats on your big day. It's a life changer no doubt. Very happy for you. I'm sure we'll get a group together on a number of days to assist you with the build. Start cleaning out the garage now. Let me know when you need help with valve covers and turn signal fluid.:D

Hey Mark, Congratulations! Soon it will arrive and in no time you'll be the proud owner of a rumbling baby that will consume you. Like the shirt says, they're so much fun you just can't stand it. Let me know when you get it home. 3/19 is the Dyno day though. I thought you were driving Steve's car for him. ;)

Congrats Mark. If you want us to come p/u your engine and put it on the dyno while you are away, just let us know :D

Now for the fun. I miss building mine. Let us know when you need help!

Congrats Mark, I know you've put a lot thought in this project now the FUN starts. Waiting for the trans to come back from Ronnie so I've been working on e-brake think I got it.

Rick:)

When?

When are we going to Morton's?

Or did everyone forget to tell Mark of the tradition that every new car purchasor takes the club out to dinner to celebrate his new found joy?

:p

hungry (and excited) in Manchester

Paul

Congratulations Mark!

It's great that in these troubled times you were able to stay on schedule with your ordering time and that you got to take advantage of the sale as well. Looking forward to seeing the first MK4 around here.

Tom

Thanks Guys!
Eagerly anticpating picking it up and getting "The Experts" opinions & suggestions.

Paul, dinner?!?! you've got to be kidding! I'll be eating tuna for the next 6 months (at least!) :D
btw, you reminded me, I still need to get by there to pick up those wheels, sorry. between the holidays, bad weather, and trips to the doctor, it skipped my mind!

(I had to take my wife to Emergency last Wednesday nite. you remember the nite it SNOWED! about 9pm, she slipped on the bath mat & hit her head on the toilet. 5 stiches on her ear and a nice bump behind the ear. 2 hour round-trip to the hospital in that mess! (we went to St. Johns, about 10 miles from the house, but I was doing 15-20mph on 270. :(
she's ok, sore, but healing fine.

Glad she's OK

Glad your wife's OK. We'll be able to examine her stitches at dinner :p

Tuna, McCormick & Schmicks instead of Morton's is fine
