On being a good citizen

I was on vacation this past week at my brother's lake house in Georgia and saw a Muslim fall into the water.
Being a responsible citizen, I informed the emergency
services.

It's Saturday and they still haven't responded!

I'm now starting to think I've wasted a freaking stamp !
