Thanks Craig. It is centrally located between Chesterfield Valley and Manchester. Pulling out onto Hwy 109 can be tough since its a busy road, but I've never had a problem with the noise. If you know of anyone looking for a nice rural setting, but close to "civilization", let them know about this.
