Good thoughts all. A follow up meeting will be forthcoming, and any additional ideas would be appreciated.
Kerry - there was a reason for the Chilli not being there exactly at 5 as well as why food/drinks weren't being served from 10:30 - 2.
I know the old saying, everyone wants a radio until they have one, but, in order for us to be more involved and help, I think one radio for our group would help us help them. There were many questions asked at the booth that I didn't know, but I found Clois or Dean and asked them. A radio would have saved many footsteps. For those that didn't come, this is what we did this year to help (Mark add on if I missed anything)
- Bruce and I assisted in parking manufacturer's trailers - I managed to screw the first one up so Bruce wouldn't

- Assisted Sharon in Registration - stuffing goody bags, folding shirts etc....
- Served Chilli Thursday
- Paul volunteered to assist on the grid with the cars
- Mark/Ben - took care of multiple action shots of ALL the cars that made it to the track and then some.
- Tony/Mike W./Dean/Bill - Provided some fresh eyes on a problem with the White GT/40 parked next to our booth.
- We served Hot Chocolate/Coffee/Regular and Diet Soda's and water throughout the week
Now that Dean/Clois/Jay/James know how active this group is, they can better use our manpower/group next year. Stay tuned!
