Linda gave me a heads up for a speed shop opening next door to her work on Chesterfield Airport road. Their grand opening is tomorrow. I may swing by and check it out. Http://www.franjospeed.com
 
I'm going to try to break-free, if I can get my car out of the garage (door spring broke last night!) and if the wife & kids let me (I think they have plans for the morning).

Noon-ish and choke down some lunch? looks like 73* and 0% rain!!! :cool:

I am interested in stopping by. I just need to check times on what we have going tomorrow. Would want to be there for the 12:30pm dyno demo so noonish would be good! Mike P.

There are more than one Fly-by-night dyno operators in the greater Saint Louis area. Is this an answer? - or just another "operator"

Searched his website and don't see anything regarding this. I hold my religious beliefs very high but it always scares me when someone feels they have to include that in their business plan/statement. But other than that, don't see anything on his attributes

Why I thought it would be a good idea to go there and grill him/her. Glad you volunteered to do this Paul :D
 
So Rich texted me that it is a nice place, but didn't get to talk to the owner regarding the dyno and such. I'll run out this next week and see if I can get more info. Hope it's somewhere we can get quality work done locally.
 
I was impressed with the facility, not so much with what I saw going on with the dyno and how long it took to get the subie hooked up and then they ran it and couldnt determine if it was right or not! So the verdict is still out on how good they may or not be.
The cruise afterwards was the best part!
 
Wonder if the dyno issue was because it was a new setup, or if they where being really careful with the place full of on lookers? Not good advertisement if they had a mishap and 20 people posted on YouTube.:eek:
