• For all members (past, current, and new)

THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING TO GET THIS CLUB OFF THE STARTING LINE !!!

To begin your membership with Gateway Cobra Club please submit your vital information to our club registrar/Treasurer: Paul Proefrock

    Please include your:

Name, address, phone numbers (work, home, cell) e-mail, etc. Also, tell us about your Cobra (make, model, year, colors, engine, options, stage of build, etc.), where you bought it, any other particulars. Also include other vehicles, birthdays, your occupation & company, and any other details about you and you significant others. BTW - this info will not be posted on-line (EVER). It's just for us - to make the club better. We will eventually create a database for internal club use only.

We will begin collecting dues soon to enable the activities that we have planned for the year - so stay tuned for that.

FINALLY - get involved. Attend the meetings, schedule some cruises, and have some fun. We want to make this club fun (for the whole family). We're small (for now) but we're going to make a big noise here in St. Louis. In the end - this club will only be as good as our members participation.

Thanks for joining us - see you in the fast lane!

With an email address of skywkr22, you don't expect Luke's last name to be Lytle - sorry, just couldn't pass that one up. :)

Luke is in Edwardsville and building a Factory Five Mk4 that was purchased in April of 2016. Small Block Ford. From his application, looks like he has a large stable of other collectible Fords.

Luke, chime in and tell us about yourself

Welcome to the Madness

Welcome Luke! Glad you joined us and will be coming to the party 2/2. We have a member in Glen Carbon that would be nearby should you need to ask questions. Use our forum of you need quick answers, we're good at spending others money

Hello all. just noticed this post.

I am currently building a Factory Five Mk4 roadster. 400hp Aluminum head 302, Tremec TKO, 8.8 3 link rear end, and 17" FFR wheels. All suspension is done and the engine/trans are installed. I am 6'-6" so currently modifying the car so I fit better. I won't quite cutting and welding until I fit.

I am a big Ford guy and have a number of other cars in the garage. I have a 65 Mustang coupe, a 1969 Mustang coupe, a 1983 Mustang convertible, and a 2001 Cobra convertible. I also have a 1949 Chevy Panel truck. I know its a Chevy but its been in the family for over 40 years. So I have plenty to keep me busy.

As far as the e-mail address goes I have always gotten the "Luke I am your father" bit so just ran with it.

Glad to be apart of the club

Luke Lytle

Hey, Luke. I'm also in the 6'6" range. I'd be interested to see what mods you're doing to fit the car better. So far I raised the steering wheel, made a higher dashboard, fit Kerkey seats to the floor, and few other things.
